Meet Andrea.
I don’t teach AI from theory.
I built it inside my own businesses first.
Before founding Smarter Strategies, I owned and operated three businesses — including a successful matchmaking company that I later sold. Long before AI became trendy, I began integrating it into my operations to reduce admin time, improve client communication, and streamline workflows.
What started as experimentation quickly became leverage.
In my last company, I built and automated an AI-powered assistant matchmaker — a custom system that supported client matching, database organization, and communication workflows. It saved hours every week and transformed how efficiently the business operated.
That experience changed everything.
I realized AI wasn’t just a tool for content creation.
It was an operational advantage.
Since then, I’ve been implementing AI across marketing systems, client onboarding, internal documentation, automation workflows, and custom GPT assistants — both in my own companies and for the businesses I support.
A Business Builder First. An AI Strategist by Design.
my Story
I’ve started, scaled, and exited businesses. I understand cash flow pressure, team dynamics, marketing challenges, and operational bottlenecks because I’ve lived them.
Across my career, I’ve:
• Built and sold a successful service-based company
• Designed and led live events and workshops
• Taught business strategy through the MCSC Women’s Business Center
• Advised small businesses across industries
• Developed courses and digital programs
• Built automation systems inside multiple brands
• Implemented AI workflows long before most business owners considered it
AI isn’t separate from business strategy.
It’s the multiplier.
That’s why Smarter Strategies now focuses exclusively on helping leaders and small businesses integrate AI in ways that are practical, efficient, and revenue-supporting.
Her work blends real-world business ownership experience with formal executive-level AI education, ensuring that every system she builds is both strategic and technically sound.
She continues to stay at the forefront of AI tools, workflows, and automation systems so clients don’t have to.
What Makes This Different?
There are two types of AI consultants:
Those who learned AI first and then decided to consult.
And those who built real businesses, integrated AI to solve real problems, and now teach others how to do it strategically.
Andrea is the second.
She doesn’t believe in adding more tools.
She believes in building smarter systems.
Her work focuses on:
• Eliminating unnecessary manual work
• Designing clean, intentional workflows
• Building custom AI assistants
• Training teams to adopt AI confidently
• Creating scalable operational infrastructure
The goal isn’t hype.
It’s leverage.
